With an extensive and accomplished background in trade services in the UK, Scott brings unparalleled expertise and a forward-thinking, innovative approach to each project. Josh Sathiananthan joined Saltire Contracting in 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic honed through years in the restaurant industry. His background in hospitality has shaped his ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Josh's transition from the fast-paced environment of restaurants to project management has equipped him with exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a deep understanding of team dynamics. He is passionate about creating streamlined processes and fostering collaborative environments where both projects and teams can flourish. Sean Slight joined Saltire Contracting in 2024, bringing a diverse background and a wealth of experience from various industries. His journey in construction began in 2014 in Toronto, where he started as a laborer. This hands-on role gave him a solid foundation in the industry and sparked a deep interest in construction. He then transitioned into condo inspections and project delivery, gaining valuable experience in managing project timelines and ensuring quality standards were met. In 2017, Sean returned to Edinburgh and pivoted to IT project management, where he honed his organizational and leadership skills, overseeing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams. During this time, he also indulged his passion for construction by flipping and renovating residential properties, further enhancing his construction expertise and developing a keen eye for detail and project execution. Now at Saltire Contracting, Sean combines his technical skills, construction knowledge, and project management experience to contribute to the company’s success, bringing a unique blend of hands-on experience and management expertise to every project he undertakes.

Jamie Fletcher joined Saltire Contracting in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from various roles in the construction industry. With a strong background in scaffolding and safety, Jaime has developed a solid foundation as a Site Safety Officer. Having progressed from Assistant Foreman to Foreman/Supervisor, Jamie is highly skilled in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently while adhering to the highest safety standards. His hands-on experience, combined with his leadership abilities, allows him to address safety concerns in real-time, and ensure a smooth workflow on-site. At Saltire Contracting, Jamie applies his expertise to maintain a focus on safety across all projects, while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
